Modern mining is characterized by the continuous improvement of large-scale power mechanization and deep or ultra-deep mining.On the basis of special operating environment, the psychological adaptability of the job functions of the large power machinery operating staff has become a prominent contradiction.It is of double practical significance of improving productivity and preventing accidents to apply psychological measurement methods to distinguish the workers' different abilities in response and attention, who manipulates the large-scale power mechanization, to implement corresponding psychological resource allocation according to the specialty of job functions, and to enhance the deep-well miners' psychological adapting and matching levels between workers and machinery, workers and jobs, workers and duties.
