Experimental study on the influence of ore on the wall impact force under different inclined chute angles

    • As the main channel for ore transportation, the role of the chute is extremely important. The ore entering the ore pass from the inclined chute will cause impact damage to the wall of a well.Determining the size of impact force and the impact time is the premise for choosing the appropriate support pattern and maintaining the long-term use of the ore pass.Aiming at the problem of impact damage of ore on wall of a well, the influence of ore particle size on impact location is analyzed theoretically. The relationship between normal force, tangential force, contact time and inclination angle of inclined chute in the process of collision between ore and wall of a well is studied by means of high-speed force measurement and acquisition system and laboratory ore pass model. The functional relationship between normal force and inclination angle of chute is obtained. The results show that the normal force and contact time decrease, the tangential force increases, and the resultant force increases gradually with the inclination of the inclined chute increasing gradually, and the change trend of resultant force is basically the same as that of tangential force.
