    Dynamic characteristics comparison of hoist constant deceleration brake control system with single and double accumulators

    • The hoist constant deceleration brake control system is the key equipment of mine hoist safe braking.Accumulator is the only power source when hoist constant deceleration brake control system implements safe braking.Its dynamic performance directly affects the dynamic response of constant deceleration braking,and further affects the operation safety of hoist.The traditional constant deceleration brake control system with single accumulator is characterized by large inertia and long response time.Based on this problem,this paper proposes a solution to replace single accumulator with double accumulator without changing the total volume of accumulator.The constant deceleration brake control system with single and double accumulator is simulated by AMESim software.The simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that the double accumulator can effectively shorten the response time of hoist constant deceleration braking and improve the stability of constant deceleration braking.
