Abstract
Aiming at the characteristics of unsymmetrical deformation of roadway side and serious roof subsidence along goaf in 2103 high stress fully mechanized mining in Jining coal mine of Shanxi province, the support form and parameters are optimized on the basis of the original support form based on the ultrasonic detection of loose and broken roadway surrounding rock.High-strength snake-shaped pressure-relief bolt with anchor cable, solid coal side with FRP bolt, roof with anchor mesh cable with JW steel sheet joint support form.Through borehole imaging monitoring of roadway bolt stress, surrounding rock deformation and development of surrounding rock fissures, not only asymmetric deformation along goaf in high stress fully mechanized mining is effectively controlled, but also the deformation of surrounding rock in roadway is reduced by 50% compared with that in original support form.It is further verified that the optimized support form is along goaf in high stress fully mechanized mining.Controlling effect of roadway surrounding rock.The research results provide a reference for the support design of the surrounding rock of asymmetric deformation roadway in high stress fully mechanized mining under similar geological conditions and mining technology conditions.
