Study on plateau mine ventilation pressurization and oxygenation technology based on Fluent software

With the long-term development of mine resources in the central and eastern regions of China, the reserves of resources are becoming less and less.With the implementation of China’s western development strategy, the western region, which is rich in resources, broad in territory and has a certain level of economy and technology, will play an important role in the future national economic development.Most of China’s western regions are plateaus, insufficient ventilation and oxygen supply is a difficult problem in plateau mines.In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes the current ventilation situation of the mine with the Pulang copper mine as an example, and proposes the ventilation method with oxygen boosting as the main purpose and artificial boosting as the main measure.According to the relevant theories of aerohydrodynamics and mine ventilation, the feasibility of the overall boosting and local boosting ventilation methods is analyzed and compared, and a boosting method combining energy-increasing adjustment and resistance-increasing adjustment is proposed and established according to the actual situation of the mine.It uses Fluent software to verify the effect, analyzes and summarizes the simulation results, further verifies the feasibility of manual pressurized oxygenation ventilation technology, and provides a certain reference for the selection of mine ventilation methods in the plateau.
