    Application of inter well tracer test in some sandstone-type uranium deposit

    • In order to find out the in-situ leaching geological conditions such as the groundwater connectivity of the ore deposit and the groundwater seepage velocity under continuous extraction conditions, it provides a basis for evaluating the in-situ leaching geological conditions of the deposit.Inter well tracer test are carried out in the test section, then sampling analysis and tracer concentration detection are carried out on the pumping well, through the analysis of tracer detection results, tracer breakthrough time is 15 d, and peak time is 54 d, and peak concentration is 2.561 mg/L.Based on the hydrodynamic conditions of ore-bearing aquifer solution seepage velocity formula, to calculate the groundwater seepage velocity is 0.51 m/d.Through the analysis of tracer test twice during downtime changing situation of the tracer density, the mobility of the nature underground water is weaker in test section.It can be concluded that the underground water type in the test section not conform the characteristics of fracture water.
