    Study on land reclamation strategy of coal mining subsidence area with high groundwater level in plain based on ANP-SWOT model

    • Land reclamation in coal mining subsidence area of high groundwater level mining area in plain is a complex system engineering.There are social, economic and ecological environmental problems in mining area.It is of great significance to scientifically formulate land reclamation strategy and guide land reclamation as a whole to solve the problems among mine, land and people in coal mining subsidence area.In this paper, taking the northern mining area of Peixian county as an example, the SWOT model is used to sort out the factors affecting land reclamation in coal mining subsidence area, and the corresponding land reclamation strategy scheme is obtained.Then, the relationship between the influencing factors is clarified, and the network hierarchical structure model of land reclamation strategy in coal mining subsidence area is constructed by using network analytic hierarchy process.Finally, the SWOT model analysis of the coal mining subsidence area land reclamation strategy options are evaluated.The results show that there are interdependent or restrictive relationships among the factors affecting land reclamation in coal mining subsidence area; the biggest impact is to adjust the industrial structure and transform the dynamic factors of economic growth, with the weight value of 0.23; among the eight alternatives, land reclamation supporting industrial transformation and development, land reclamation promoting new urbanization construction and diversified financing mechanism are more important, and the weight values are 0.23, 0.20 and 0.15 respectively.Under the background of current social and economic transformation, the research results can provide theoretical support for solving the economic, social and ecological environmental problems in coal mining subsidence areas.
