    Discussion and application of gas control mode combining professional technology and engineering general contract

    • Mine gas disaster control is a system engineering integrating technology, capital and engineering construction, and also the premise of high gas and outburst mine to achieve safe and efficient production.At present, most of coal mines have problems such as long gas control cycle, tight mine drainage standards, lack of specialized construction teams and specialized equipment.In order to get out of this predicament at this stage, by the method of site investigation, statistical analysis and site monitoring, the types, applicability and problems of conventional gas control mode of coal enterprises are classified and analyzed.On this basis, a gas control mode which combining professional technology and engineering general contract is proposed.The contents, applicable conditions, requirements and corresponding risk management of the mode are described mainly.The site applications show that the mode is not only remarkable economic and technological benefits in engineering, management and the transformation efficiency of scientific research achievements, but also effectively solves the problems, fully meet the needs of coal mining enterprises, the success of the mode play an exemplary role to transform gas control concepts of coal enterprises, and has better prospects of popularizing.
