    Coordination degree evaluation and obstacle factor diagnosis of “production, life and ecology” system in mining towns in transition period

    • Due to the unreasonable economic structure and serious ecological environment damage before the transformation, the production, life and ecosystem development of mining towns are not coordinated during the transformation, and the transformation is hindered.In this paper, the coupling coordination degree model is used to evaluate the coordination degree of "production, life and ecology" system in Mentougou district of Beijing from 2009 to 2018, and the obstacle degree model is used to diagnose its obstacle factors.The results show that the comprehensive score of "production, life and ecology" system in Mentougou district is on the rise, and the development trend is good, and the production system is significantly higher than the living system and ecosystem; from 2009-2013 to 2014-2018, the degree of coupling and coordination among production system living system and ecosystem increased slowly; the obstacle factors that affect the coordinated development of "production, life and ecology" system in Mentougou district are in dynamic change.The first factor layer obstacle factor changes from industrial structure to science and technology education, and the first three index layer obstacle factors change from the proportion of mining and mining employees, per capita green space area and science and education expenditure to the proportion of environmental protection expenditure, employment rate and the number of teachers per 10 000 people.The research results put forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of "production, life and ecology" system in Mentougou district.
