    Research on coupling coordination of scientific and technological innovation and energy saving and emission reduction in coal enterprises

    • Energy saving and emission reduction in the new era is the dominating target of circular economy in coal enterprises.Scientific and technological innovation plays a momentous role in promoting high-quality development of coal enterprises and boosting energy saving and emission reduction of coal enterprises.The evaluation index system of coupling coordination between scientific and technological innovation and energy saving and emission reduction of coal enterprises is constructed based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between scientific and technological innovation and energy saving and emission reduction.Based on the coupling coordination degree model and relative development degree model, this paper empirically studies and analyzes the coupling coordination development tendency of science and technology innovation and energy saving and emission reduction system of China Coal Energy Group from 2010 to 2019.The results show that from the perspective of comprehensive development index, the two systems of China Coal Energy Group show an N-type fluctuation evolution process of first rising, then declining and then ascending from 2010 to 2019.From the perspective of coupling and coordinated development stage, from the less coordinated development stage to the highly coordinated development stage, scientific and technological innovation distinctly facilitates the improvement in coal enterprises of energy saving and emission reduction level.However, the level of scientific and technological innovation is lower than that of energy saving and emission reduction, and the degree of interaction between the two systems affected by policies is unbalanced.From the perspective of impact degree, the proportion of patent authorization number and total R& D investment has the largest contribution to the improvement of energy saving and emission reduction level in business income of coal enterprises.
