Discussion on assessment methods of mining investment environment in China

The investment environment is very important to the profit and loss of mining investment, so it is necessary to evaluate the investment environment of mining industry in China objectively.Through the construction of mining investment theoretical model, this paper analyzes the main factors that influence the comprehensive income of mining investment, and preliminarily extracts the factors that influence the mining investment environment.Through the analysis of the mining investment process and field research, the influencing factors including the assessment of China’s mining investment environment are further supplemented; through the questionnaire survey of people with practice and management experience in the geological exploration industry, the index system for the assessment of China’s mining investment environment is finally determined.This paper expounds the constant weight method and variable weight method to determine the index weight, and explains the method to determine the corresponding index and index value of various influencing factors.On this basis, a comprehensive assessment method for mining investment environment is established.This assessment method can not only obtain the score of mining investment environment assessment, but also easily find the existing problems of investment environment and their specific influencing factors in the assessment process, which is conducive to the design of corresponding measures to improve the mining investment environment according to specific problems, and help to predict the results of the implementation of measures.
