Abstract
The engineering mechanical properties of filling materials have an important influence on the green mining of coal mine, which is the main way to solve the problem of safe and efficient production and sustainable development of coal mine.Taking cement, sand or fly ash as material, hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent to make filling material foam concrete in this paper, test the density of 1 000 kg/m3, 1 200 kg/m3, 1 400 kg/m3 sand-foam concrete and fly ash-foam concrete under uniaxial compression. The experimental results show that the foam concrete has undergone four processes:the elastic stage, the stress reduction stage, the platform stage and the compaction stage under the single. The stress-strain curve under the impact load shows three stages, namely the linear elastic stage, the yield stage, and finally the stage of hole wall failure. The compressive strength of foamed concrete containing fly ash is greater than that of sand foamed concrete, and the compressive strength of foamed concrete increases with the increase of density. It can be seen from the expansive filling materials at different ages that the longer the age of foamed concrete, the higher the curing degree of foamed concrete and the greater the compressive strength of foamed concrete. The field application shows that the expansive filling foam concrete has the cushioning and absorbing function and can absorb the static and static load of the roof to reach the purpose of roof connection. The research results provide a certain reference index for the application of the expansive filling foamed concrete in the field of green mining.
