Thoughts on application and production management reform of intelligent equipment in Madiliang coal mine

With the rapid development of Internet technology, 5G, intelligent equipment and other high-tech, intelligent mining represented by intelligent perception, intelligent decision-making and intelligent control has gradually become the development direction of safe and efficient coal mining.In this paper, from the maintenance class, production class, equipment inventory, production management and other aspects of the traditional coal mine equipment and production management status are described, the existing problems of coal mine equipment and management mode are analyzed; secondly, taking the construction of intelligent mine intelligent chemical working face in Madiliang coal mine of Inner Mongolia Intelligent Coal Co., Ltd., as the engineering background, this paper introduces the application and production management of intelligent equipment from the perspectives of the formation, function, inventory management, production management, operation advantages and successful practice of intelligent equipment; finally, the management system based on the large database of coal mine is constructed, and the new management concept of “managing equipment is managing production and safety” is put forward.The establishment of the system and the proposal of the concept can provide reference for breaking through the traditional production management mode and carrying out the new intelligent coal mine construction.
