    Study on support mode and parameter optimization of the mining roadway in Ⅱ2 coal seam

    • In view of the support and maintenance problems caused by high ground stress and severe disturbance in the process of excavation and mining, taking the -600 m level mining roadway in Xinzhuang mine as the engineering background, this paper classifies the stability of roadway surrounding rock through the field measured roadway maximum loose circle, and designs the roadway support mode according to the classification results.FLAC3D software is used to simulate the scheme under the same geological conditions, analyze and determine the reasonable support mode and support parameters, and field tests are carried out to verify the support effect of the final support scheme.The research results show that the roadway surface displacement with full anchor is obviously smaller than that with end anchor, and the roadway deformation changes less after adding steel belt.Considering safety factors, the roadway support mode of full anchor+steel belt+anchor mesh support is the most appropriate.Considering economic factors, the row spacing between bolts is 800 mm×800 mm is the most suitable.The field application and observation show that the roadway roof separation is very small, the integrity is good, and the support effect is good.
