Research and application of strong one-time support technology in deep well rock roadway

Abstract
In order to solve significant deformation in 14040 working face bottom drainage roadway which is deep well rock roadway, according to the geological conditions and original support of roadway, the causes of roadway deformation are analyzed, and the deformation control mechanism of deep well rock roadway is studied.At the same time, according to the roadway conditions, the strong one-time support technology is put forward, and the surrounding rock control effect is studied by numerical simulation, and the field observation is carried out to verify the surrounding rock control effect of the support technology.The results show that the main reason for the poor control effect of the original supporting surrounding rock is that the mudstone is easily damaged by disturbance, and the supporting strength in the plastic failure area is not enough.The idea of deformation control in deep well rock roadway is to improve the bearing capacity of the shallow surrounding rock in roadway, control the position of the external bearing structure, and improve the bearing capacity of the shallow surrounding rock in the roadway by increasing the supporting strength of the internal bearing structure.The field observation results show that after the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway tends to be stable, the roof subsidence of the roadway is 110 mm, the floor heave is 200 mm, and the shrinkage of the two sides is 190 mm.The deformation of the roadway is controllable, which can meet the requirements of pedestrian transportation.It shows that the strong one-time support technology can effectively control the deformation of deep well rock roadway, ensure the normal use of roadway during the service period, not only reduce the support cost, but also improve the single entry level of mine roadway excavation.
