Application of low temperature microorganism in in-situ pilot production of oil sand in western slope of Songliao Basin

    • As one of the important supplementary energy sources for conventional petroleum, oil sands have considerable prospects for development and utilization.In-situ mining of oil sands is not limited by the size of the site, and the mining process will not pollute the surface environment. Therefore, in-situ mining has gradually become a main development method for oil sands. However, due to the specific geological conditions and characteristics of the oil sands and oils in each work area, the methods of development adopted are quite different. In this paper, the microbial cold recovery technology of multi thin layer oil sand under low temperature conditions is explored in the west slope of Songliao Basin.Through directional separation and evaluation of the components, structure and functional characteristics of endogenous and exogenous biological communities in reservoir fluid, the microbial reagent suitable for separating oil sand oil under low temperature environment is successfully developed. The high-efficiency emulsification and viscosity reduction of oil sand oil under anoxic environment of 5-10 ℃ are realized, and the viscosity reduction rate is 49.1%.The success of the pilot project of oil sand pilot production has important practical significance for the exploitation and utilization of oil sand oil in western slope of Songliao Basin.
