    Research on surrounding rock control technology of soft rock roadway based on internal and external bearing structure

    • In order to solve the significant problem of surrounding rock deformation of 14030 upper gateway soft rock roadway under the influence of mining in Zhaogu No.2 Coal Mine, the borehole peeper is used to detect the deformation and failure law of surrounding rock.According to the failure characteristics of surrounding rock of mining soft rock roadway, the control countermeasures are put forward, the active surrounding rock reinforcement control technology of soft rock roadway is put forward, and the grouting anchor cable strengthening support scheme is designed according to the roadway parameters, the control effect of surrounding rock deformation is verified by field monitoring.The results show that with the deepening of disturbance, the loose and broken range of shallow surrounding rock is expanding, and it is difficult to form an effective bearing structure, and the development height of separation fracture of deep surrounding rock is further increased.In order to improve the bearing capacity of the shallow surrounding rock, by enhancing the support strength of the internal bearing structure and the anti disturbance ability of the surrounding rock itself, the common deformation control function of the internal and external bearing structure and the support body can be played; within the allowable load range of the mechanical properties of the anchor cable, properly increasing the preload and lengthening the length of the grouting anchor cable can improve the deformation control effect of the surrounding rock.
