Abstract
Vertical stirring mill is a kind of fine grinding and ultra-fine grinding equipment with high efficiency and low energy consumption.It is widely used in concentrate regrinding and the second and third grinding operations in the mining field.Therefore, the study of the grinding mechanism of vertical stirring mill is of great significance to improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the grinding energy consumption.According to the grinding characteristics of the vertical stirring mill, this paper introduces the operation principle of the vertical stirring mill, summarizes the grinding theory of the vertical stirring mill through literature collection and investigation, expounds the grinding process of the vertical stirring mill, the motion state of the medium and the action relationship between mineral particles and the medium with the help of numerical simulation method, and analyzes the speed of the mixer, the filling rate of the medium, the properties of the grinding medium.The influence of working parameters and structural parameters such as agitator properties on the grinding process and grinding effect of vertical stirring mill, and the selection conditions of key technical parameters of vertical stirring mill are clarified.The results show that selecting appropriate working and structural parameters can effectively improve the grinding efficiency.Combined with the experiment, the numerical simulation model of vertical stirring mill can be optimized and modified to improve the reliability of the simulation.Interdisciplinary is conducive to promote the theoretical research of vertical stirring mill and promote the automation and popularization of vertical stirring mill.
