Abstract
Aiming at the problems that untimely identification and evaluation of risks, insufficient safety inspections and unsolved detection and governance of hidden dangers during the operation of the dual prevention and control system of the metal and non-metal mines, this paper studies the realization of the information management system and functional modules for the dual prevention and control system of the metal and non-metal mines.Based on the construction ideas and requirements of the dual prevention and control system of the metal and non-metal mines, and digital processing and internet transmission technology, and design the overall system architecture consisting of data layer, function layer, user layer and access layer.By analyzing the internal law and correlation logic of the double prevention mechanism, the dynamic operation tasks procedure of three cores service modules, which includes risk management, safety inspection and closed-loop management of hidden dangers, are constructed and the dual prevention and control system process operation procedure and form representation are developed.Finally, the process characterization method is used to characterize the business process involved in mine man-machine-environmental-management, the realization of the real-time transmission and instant push of safety information of the dual prevention and control mechanisms can promote the closed-loop management and control operation of all-job duties and the whole process of mines and effectively improves the safety management level of metal and non-metal mines enterprises.
