Abstract
In order to solve a series of problems existing in the goaf side roadway of soft rock layer with composite roof under the condition of traditional roadway layout, such as the roof is easy to deform, lose stability and fall, and can’t maintain the stability of roadway surrounding rock for a long time, based on the staggered roadway layout mode outside the staggered floor, this paper uses the spatial structure relationship of roadway between adjacent sections, and puts forward the combined support technology of roadway in adjacent sections with staggered position of composite roof in fully mechanized top coal caving, and analyzes the surrounding rock control mechanism of the support technology.FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to study the joint support scheme of adjacent roadway under the condition of staggered roadway layout, and compared with the conventional support scheme under the traditional roadway layout.The simulation results show that the comprehensive surrounding rock control measures with the staggered roadway layout and the roadway joint support technology between adjacent sections as the core can strengthen the support strength of the easily separated collapse roof and make the surrounding rock stress tend to be balanced under the action of the joint support, so as to give full play to the supporting role of the support system and achieve the purpose of roadway stability.
