Abstract
There are some problems such as low efficiency, difficult construction and high driving cost in cutting well construction of deep hole stope in the south-east ore body of Chambishi Copper Mine.In order to improve the efficiency of cutting well construction and reduce driving cost, this paper puts forward the deep hole sectional blasting technology.By studying the mechanism of deep hole cut blasting, enough compensation space is ensured in blasting process, the hole layout method of 1 central cut hole, 6 empty holes and 8 auxiliary cut holes are adopted. The hole diameter of the cutting hole is 76 mm, the hole diameter of the empty hole is 152 mm, and the distance between the central main cutting hole and the empty hole is 400 mm.The rationality of the hole layout method is verified by the calculation of the compensation coefficient.According to the 5 tests of blasting in the experimental stope, a deep-hole sectional blasting scheme of 6.5 m in the first section and 8.5 m in the second section is developed for the 15 m deep well, and a reasonable delay time is set. Finally, the research results are tested in the excavation of cutting well in the south-east ore body of Chambishi Copper Mine. The cut-raise with a section of 3 m×3 m and height of 15 m is successfully formed by blasting. The field application show that the deep hole sectional blasting technology has good applicability in the south-east ore body of Chambishi Copper Mine, which can improve the well completion efficiency of cutting raise and provide reference for similar cutting raise blasting engineering.
