Abstract
In order to study the influence of the tamping angle of the ramming mechanism of the filling support on the compaction effect of the gangue, the ZC1800/14/25 filling hydraulic support is used as the prototype, and the discrete element numerical simulation method is used to construct the gangue filling face space model.The evolution of the pressure of push plate and the force chain of the gangue loose body during the compaction process is analyzed.The relationship between the tamping angle and the pressing force of the compaction plate, the degree of gangue crushing, the amount of under-attachment and the position of the gangue center of mass is studied.The results show that the tamping angle is small, the compaction effect will affect a larger range of gangue and crush some of the gangue, and the pressure of the compacted plate is greater.When the tamping angle is large, the pressure of the compacted plate becomes smaller and the amount of gangue pushed is less.It is finally determined that when the tamping angle is 10°, the compaction mechanism has the best filling effect on the gangue granules.This conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the on-site operation of the filling face.
