Thinking and implementation approach of using market-oriented ways to promote the ecological restoration of mines

Insufficient capital investment is an important factor which restricts the process of mine ecological restoration.Establishing a market-based long-term mechanism for mine ecological restoration have become inevitable choice to achieve green development and promote the construction of ecological civilization.This paper introduces the evolution of China’s mine ecological restoration policy, summarizes the practical experience of social capital participation in ecological restoration of abandoned mine, and analyzes the current problems in attracting social capital to participate in ecological restoration of mines.Finally, this paper proposes advices about further releasing the dividend of land policy, improving the construction land index trading policy, performing the administrative function of local government, strengthening the construction of laws and regulations, policy standards, investigation and evaluation, quality supervision, and establishing sound green financial system, guiding funds to support mine ecological restoration.
