The international oil price has fallen off a cliff since June 2014, and the investment in oil and gas development has decreased sharply.In the first half of 2020, the crude oil price experienced an unprecedented fluctuation, remaining below 47 dollars a barrel for a long time.The development benefits of the world’s major oil fields all showed a downward trend, and the operating income significantly decreased.In this situation, how to set up the crude oil storage and marketing strategy in line with their own development according to their own actual situation in the process of deepening the reform, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and improve the management level and efficiency of the company is the primary problem facing the current oil companies.Through literature research and field practice, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by China’s petroleum enterprises in oil and gas production, storage, transportation and marketing, and summarizes the existing two problems:long management process and production can not meet the market.Based on this, puts forward the general idea and the method system of application of the integrated system of oil and gas production, storage, transportation and marketing, and then expounds the realization process of the system from four aspects of the overall framework of the system, multi-module design, database system and code design.Finally, after the trial operation of the system in 2021, a petroleum enterprise found that the application of the integrated system of oil and gas production, storage, transportation and marketing can effectively optimize the enterprise’s production, storage, transportation and marketing strategy, achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency and improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.
