Abstract
A uranium mine is mined by the upward horizontal layered filling mining method. The stope drop originally used the push-down downward pressure mining blasting method, which has many large pieces of ore dropped by blasting, poor quality of the ore heap, high labor intensity of workers, low efficiency and poor security. After the trackless mechanization technology transformation, the mechanized upward-to-horizontal layered filling mining process is adopted, and the stope dropping adopts the method of layered and concentrated drilling and one blasting drop.In order to cooperate with the trackless mining process, an experimental study on the quality control of the shallow hole blasting and falling ore is carried out, and the reasonable blasting hole layout parameters, the blasting network connection and the blasting and falling ore technology are obtained. The test results are applied to industrial production, and good application results are obtained. The mining efficiency is greatly improved, the yield of large blocks is reduced, the quality of blasting ore is improved, the secondary blasting of the stope is eliminated, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the intrinsic safety.
