    Analysis on thermal shock effect of gas explosion under different thermal effects

    • There are many factors influencing gas explosion in pipe, thermal effect is one of them.Therefore, the basic numerical model of pipe is established under the thermal shock effect of gas explosion by LS-DYNA software, four different thermal conductivity coefficients are set.The distribution of temperature field, thermal stress, peak value of thermal stress and peak value of radial displacement of pipe after thermal shock effect under different conditions are analyzed.It is found that the thermal shock effect produced by the explosion acts on the inner wall of the pipe at the first time, and then heat is radially transferred to the pipe through heat conduction, heat radiation and heat convection.The thermal conductivity of the pipe affects the heat transfer and stress field distribution of the pipe.With the increase of thermal conductivity, the temperature field of the pipe changes more, and the peak value of thermal stress and radial displacement in the pipe also increase.The peak value of thermal stress and radial displacement in the pipe decreases.
