Research on the scientific research management system development in mining engineering design enterprises

With the increasingly strict requirements for the construction of intelligent green mines, there is still a big gap in mining engineering design enterprises in leading technological innovation and application, and the high-quality development momentum given to mining production enterprises remains to be developed.In view of the low proportion of technological innovation investment in mining engineering design enterprises, the limited achievements in characteristic technologies and equipment, and the fact that the number of authorized patents, industry standards and scientific and technological achievements awards cannot meet the standards of scientific and technological enterprises, this paper points out the problems existing in the development strategy, management system, capital investment, R&D team and project management of enterprises.Combined with the construction experience of scientific research management system in typical mining enterprises such as CMOC, Shandong Gold Group and ENFI, preliminary discussions are done on establishing a collaborative innovation community, improving the market-oriented distribution achievement transformation, sharing rules and integrating an efficient PDCA cycle scientific research information system, and other important measures to meet actual needs of engineering application, which provide reference for mining engineering enterprises to build up a reasonable scientific research management system.
