    Design and application of belt sampling system

    • Sampling is an essential part of concentrator production. With the development trend of automation and intelligence of domestic concentrators and the increase of labor cost year by year, the concept of automatic sampling system and sampling representativeness has gradually been valued and recognized by domestic mining enterprises. The automatic pulp sampling system in grinding and flotation workshop replaces the traditional manual sampling to reduce the uncertain sampling error caused by human factors and reduce the labor input cost. It is widely popularized and implemented in new concentrators and old concentrators at home and abroad. However, for raw ore sampling and concentrate powder sampling on the belt at the beginning and end of the concentrator, the vast majority of domestic sites still use manual sampling.
