Abstract
Vibrating screen is the key equipment in mineral classification and drilling industry, which is irreplaceable for the separation of solid phase or solid liquid phase. Its working efficiency directly affects the engineering progress speed. In this study, the synchronization mechanism of the vibration screen is investigated with the material throwing motion on the screen surface. Firstly, the motion differential equation of the electromechanical coupling model is deduced via Lagrange equation. Then, the synchronization and stability condition are analyzed by small parameter and Poincare method, and the system synchronization ability and stable phase difference value are calculated by establishing the system parameters. Besides, the simulation is conducted in electromechanical coupling simulation model to verify the reliability of the theory and numerical analysis. The research results show that the system synchronization characteristics are closely linked with the motor installation site and the unbalanced rotor masses, but the influence of material fluctuation behaviors can be neglected when the vibration screen is operated in the far resonance system.
