    A study on the calculation method of graphic waste material rate of granite ore for facing in Xinglongzhuang, Tai

    • the rate of waste material is an important economic and technical evaluation index in the exploration report or storage verification report of granite ore body for facing, and the rate of waste material in the volume diagram is the basis for calculating the theoretical rate of waste material in the report. But at present, there is no perfect technical method. Taking Xinglongzhuang granite mine in Tai"an City of Shandong Province as an example, this paper briefly discusses three calculation methods of the volume diagram waste rate, and concludes that the volume diagram waste rate of the granite mine is 35.53%, 36.18%, 34.47%, respectively, and the actual waste rate is close to the actual waste rate of 35%. However, there is a large gap between the theoretical waste material rate and it is suggested that in the annual reserve verification report and further exploration report, the volume diagram waste material rate in this area should be measured and corrected in time.
