    Application of fuzzy control in coal slime water treatment system

    • The treatment of slime water is an extremely key process in the coal preparation plant. The final treatment result can affect the reuse of slime water and the closed-circuit circulation index of washing water, and has a great impact on the coal preparation plant and other links, such as calorific value and separation efficiency index. It is also a key factor restricting economic and social benefits. The principle of fuzzy control contains many contents. Based on its integrity, the control strategy of automatic reagent addition is proposed. The fuzzy control algorithm is used to replace the conventional control algorithm. According to the fuzzy rule parameters set online, the fuzzy controller is designed with the feed concentration as the input, the thickness parameter of the sedimentation surface of the concentration tank as the feedback and the frequency of the frequency converter as the output. Compensate and control the reagent addition system, and verify and collect the actual data based on this control strategy. The results show that the project parameter selection of the designed fuzzy control system meets the control requirements, and then can reach the control standard. The stability of the control system is also good, the treatment effect and speed of slime water are guaranteed, and the comprehensive indexes such as economic benefits are further improved.
