Thoughts on the Strategic Layout of Manganese Ore in Central Enterprises

This paper briefly introduces the general situation of manganese ore resources in the world and China, analyzes the current situation of manganese ore production and a series of problems existing in manganese ore production industry in China, and analyzes the consumption and price of manganese ore in China. It is pointed out that under the current complex international background, the external dependence of China"s manganese ore is more than 90%, and there are great security risks. Finally, the layout of manganese ore of central enterprises is analyzed. In order to ensure the safe supply of manganese ore resources in China, it is suggested that central enterprises should make use of their own capital, technology and talent advantages to layout the manganese ore industry in advance.
