Structural design and transmission calculation of cathode plate brushing equipment

The cathode plate brushing equipment consists of a brushing device, a cathode plate conveying chain and a brushing water circuit. The brushing device is used for brushing the surface of the cathode plate that has been stripped of the zinc sheet, the cathode plate conveying chain is used for stepwise conveying the cathode plate, and the brushing water circuit is used for washing the surface of the cathode plate. By designing the structure of the cathode plate brushing equipment, the synchronous opening and closing of the brush roller and the toothed belt drive are combined to realize the synchronous opening and closing of the cathode plate brush roller and the stable lifting of the cathode plate. The cathode plate brushing equipment has been put into production and application in the zinc stripping and brushing production line, and has achieved good application results.
