    Design and application of intelligent transmission system for 150 kt / a zinc ingot

    • In view of the development status of zinc smelting industry at home and abroad, taking the 150kt / a zinc melting and casting and stacking and bundling production line developed by Zhuzhou Torch Industrial Furnace Co., Ltd. as the research object, the overall scheme design and production process flow analysis of zinc melting and casting workshop in a smelter are completed, and then the zinc ingot intelligent transmission system of the production system is designed, calculated and analyzed in detail, and the results meet the design strength requirements. The design greatly improves the level of non-ferrous smelting technology and equipment, reduces the comprehensive energy consumption of non-ferrous smelting, and improves the level of green, low-carbon and cleaner production. It has important practical guiding significance and broad development prospects.
