Abstract
A large copper-molybdenum ore located in the cold and high altitude area of southwest China contains 0.32% copper, 0.012% molybdenum and 2.18% sulfur, which belongs to a low-grade porphyry copper-molybdenum ore.SIn order to efficiently develop and utilize the copper and molybdenum resources and avoid serious damage to the local ecological environment as far as possible, it is very important to adopt green environmental mineral processing technology and reagent in mineral processing.STherefore, the green, clean and efficient copper-molybdenum ore collector BKYE, auxiliary collector BKYF and copper-molybdenum separation depressor BKLN were adopted, which are developed by BGRIMM GROUP and the principle of "copper-molybdenum bulk flotation and copper-molybdenum separation" process flowsheet was adopted.SA copper concentrate with copper grade of 22.51% and copper recovery of 86.19% and a molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 46.12% and molybdenum recovery of 75.26% were obtained in laboratory closed-circuit test. The ideal beneficiation index was obtained, which has guiding significance for the comprehensive recovery of similar mineral resources.
