Reflections on standardization of archive management in mining enterprises

Nowadays, in the high-quality development stage for mining enterprises, also in facing of various pressures from environmental protection, sustainable use of energy, excessive capacity reduction and structure adjustment, etc., management level of mining enterprises has to change traditional operation philosophy, improve internal control and management level, lead business development of the enterprise into a new phase. As an important aspect of internal control, archive management are still facing many problems: such as insufficient attention to be given, imperfect management system, inadequate human resources, slow informatization process as well as weak compilation and research capability, etc. According to current situation, it is proposed to take various measures such as change business philosophy, establish sound management system, strengthen human resources construction, promote informatization construction pace, improve compilation and research level as well as other archive standardization measures, so as to provide reference for mining enterprises to continuously improve quality and efficiency, enhance development and renovation ability.
