Research Status and Development Trend of Stator in Stirring Equipment in Multiphase Flow

The rotor-stator structure is the heart of the stator-rotor stirring equipment, and the stator is the core component of the rotor-stator structure, which undertakes functions such as forcing the direction of fluid movement and increasing the turbulent intensity in the stirring area. The stator determines the overall performance of the entire stirring system to a certain extent. This paper firstly analyzes the research status of stator on the basis of flotation machine and high shear mixer, and then introduces the specific application of stator in different stirring equipment and the advanced research methods that can be used. Finally, it is pointed out that energy saving and efficiency enhancing is the developing trend of stator structure.
