Abstract
In order to find out the nature of a high-quality calcium phosphorus and ore in Guizhou Province, and provide theoretical guidance for subsequent production technology, uses polarized microscope, X-ray diffraction meter, scanning electron microscope and other analysis methods to the chemical composition, mineral composition, and components of each component of the ore stocking status, mixed cloth special signs of major minerals, granularity characteristics of embedded cloth, and solid degrees of monomers are conducted. The results show that the industrial mineral is collophanite, and gangue minerals are mainly carbonate minerals, quartz, chalcedony, feldspar clay minerals and a small amount of iron carbon minerals. Collophane and carbonate minerals have larger embedded particle sizes. When the grinding fineness is −0.074 mm accounting for 60%, the dissociation between collophane and carbonate minerals is greater than 85%. Quartz feldspar clay minerals and iron carbonaceous minerals have small embedded particle size, and some of them are embedded in collophane in disseminated form. It is difficult to separate them. This part of gangue can only be separated when the grinding fineness is fine enough (<0.04 mm). At this time, the theoretical grade of P2O5 concentrate can reach 36.25%.
