    Analysis on material supply management experience of copper and cobalt mining enterprises in Republic of the Congo, Africa

    • Introducing the development status and expansion of TFM copper and cobalt mine in Republic of the Congo in Africa have certain necessity. Taking TFM copper and cobalt mine as an example, analyzes the challenges faced by Republic of the Congo copper and cobalt mining enterprises in terms of material supply management difficulty, long procurement cycle, complex logistics and customs nodes, and high emergency support requirements. Further exploring the necessity of building a material supply management system for Republic of the Congo copper and cobalt mining enterprises from the perspectives of using an information management system, establishing two main lines of material management teams, managing three procurement platform modules, and four material supply guarantee sectors, and providing a reference basis for the construction of material supply management systems for other Republic of the Congo copper and cobalt mining enterprises. The key points of material supply management for copper and cobalt mining enterprises in Republic of the Congo are identified and identified. Detailed explanations are provided on the preparation of procurement plans, guarantee of delivery times, review of packing lists, packaging and shipping marks, and control of oversized materials.
