Problems and suggestions for comprehensive development and utilization of coal measure associated resources

There are four major types of mineral resources, namely energy, metal, non-metal and water-gas, associated with the coal measure. The development and utilization of associated mineral of coal measure has become an important way to solve the shortage of energy resources and increasing environmental constraints faced by China’s current economic and social development. China has introduced a series of regulations and related systems for the economical and intensive use of mineral resources, and has basically established a complete policy system. Analyzes the problems of insufficient work on associated minerals, incomplete comprehensive evaluation index system, the advantages of large coal bases and large coal enterprises cannot be effectively played, the requirements of coal “three rates” index are not strict and the scope of preferential policies is narrow. On this basis, it is proposed to increase the work of the coal system associated minerals, improve the comprehensive evaluation index system and coal “three rates” index, and incorporate the comprehensive development and utilization of the coal system co-associated mineral resources into the overall planning of national energy resource bases and key planning mining areas, and in order to improve the comprehensive development and utilization efficiency of coal series co associated mineral resources in China.
