Thoughts and suggestions on the policy and management of delineation of mining area

The exploration, development and utilization of mineral resources is a very complex system engineering, and the delineation of mining area as an important part of the system is often ignored.At present, there are still some problems in the policy and management of delineating of mining area in China, such as the disconnection between delineating of mining area and the comprehensive competitive transfer of bidding, auction and listing, the inconsistency between delineating of mining area and the zoning of mining rights, and the inconsistency between the requirements for the exploration degree of mineral resources reserves, which has become one of the major obstacles affecting and restricting the efficient utilization and management of mineral resources in China.Therefore, it is very important to clearly define the basis, methods and methods for delineation of mining area, and solve the problems and defects existing in the current delineation of mining area management.Based on the previous work experience and actual situation of mine development, this paper summarizes the relevant policies and working methods for the delineation of mining area, and forms some professional, systematic and constructive thoughts and suggestions on how to solve various problems in the work of delineating of mining area, with a view to providing reference for the relevant industry insiders and some mining enterprises and mining operators.
