Evaluation of coal mine safety production management evaluation based on PCA-TOPSIS coupling model

    • In order to quantitatively evaluate the safety production management level of coal mines, this paper proposes a coal mine safety production management evaluation method based on PCA-TOPSIS coupling model.Based on the “4M” factor theory of accident causes, this paper summarizes 17 evaluation indicators that affect the safety production of coal mines from four aspects:personnel, equipment, environment and management, and constructs a PCA-TOPSIS coupling evaluation model.Firstly, the weights of each evaluation factor are calculated using the PCA model, then the weights are brought into the TOPSIS model, and finally the safety management index (SMI) of each evaluated coal mine is obtained. The safety management levels of six typical coal mines in the Yushenfu Mining Area in Northern Shaanxi Province are evaluated, and the evaluation results show that the SMI of the evaluated coal mines are distributed between 0.473-0.584, with four coal mines having good safety management levels and the remaining two coal mines having medium safety management levels. The evaluation model can make the coal mine clearly grasp the current situation of safety production management, and provide reference for improving the level of coal mine safety management.
