    Application of lead-zinc slag composite cementitious material in paste filling of mine

    • In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of lead-zinc slag resources and explore new composite cementitious materials, the physical and chemical properties of lead-zinc slag are measured, the lead-zinc slag composite cementitious materials are explored by mechanical activation and alkali excitation.The micro morphology and hydration mechanism of the lead-zinc slag composite cementitious materials are studied and analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and electron microscope scanning (SEM).The results of laboratory and industrial tests show that the lead-zinc slag composite cementitious material has good performance, can effectively solve the problem of low strength in the early stage of the mine, and has stable strength in the later stage.The paste prepared by it belongs to class Ⅱ general industrial solid waste and meets the relevant national standards.Under the condition that the mine design requirements are met, when the concentration is 75%, 1∶6 cement sand ratio can be used to replace 1∶4 cement currently used in the mine, and the cost of one-way filling material can be reduced by about 11%.The research results can be popularized and applied in similar mines in China.
