    Numerical simulation of advanced anchor cable active reinforcement and support in deep gob side entry retaining

    • The deeper the coal seam is buried, the greater the influence of mining on the roadway, resulting in the overall subsidence of the roadway roof, floor heave, roadway side bulge and other phenomena.Taking the transportation roadway of 2901 working face designed by retaining roadway along goaf in Juji Coal Mine as the engineering background, the leading anchor cable active reinforcement support technology is mainly used to control the deformation and instability of the mining roadway.First of all, on the basis of the original support, the layout of anchor cable reinforcement support, support strength and other important parameters are determined, and the anchor cable design parameters are preliminarily verified.After that, the stress distribution of surrounding rock and the development law of plastic zone are simulated by FLAC3Dnumerical software to verify the effect of support design.The results show that the overall deformation of the roof is small, and the roof support effect is good.The peak value of stress after anchor cable reinforced support is smaller than that of the original support.The development range of the plastic zone of the roof of the mining roadway supported by the original support is smaller than that of the roadway supported by the reinforced anchor cable.The development range of the roadway roof plastic zone is obviously smaller than that of the slope on both sides, and this difference will increase with the increase of the lead distance.It shows that the rock stratum in the reinforced support area has better stability than that in the reinforced support area.Through numerical simulation analysis, it can be preliminarily determined that the roadway stability and support effect are good after anchor cable support.The research content can provide an important basic guarantee for the safe, efficient and stable production of the 2901 working face in Juji Coal Mine.
