    Exploration of Xincheng Gold Mine resources integration based on integrated framework development

    • The integration of mineral resources is an important means to solve the unreasonable layout of mine development and realize large-scale and intensive development.Yantai City promotes the development and integration of mineral resources from the government level, and realizes the rapid integration and certification of Xincheng Gold Mine within one year.Xincheng Gold Mine is “Jiaojia Type” fracture zone altered rock type gold deposit of typical representative, has the characteristics of the large and thick ore bodies and have the potential to develop mechanization, integration.However, Xincheng Gold Mine resource integration area involves five mining rights, 130 ore bodies, integrated area north-south, east-west distance is more than 4 km respectively, and it covers an area of 13.755 km2, 1 835 m ore body vertical depth.Between more points, long lines, wide surface and ultra deep well mining of outstanding technical problems, and domestic multi rope friction promote the ascension of nearly 2 000 m depth of the well is without precedent.How to integrate the independent and loose development systems into an integrated, safe and efficient development system is still the core of resource integration and the key to the success of integration.This paper combines framework development, from the perspective of integration of framework development area of integration development system, transport system, ventilation system, drainage system, tailings utilization and filling system, explores the prevention and control of ground temperature pressure system integration development, analyzes the rapid integration of ultra deep well drilling design and gold mine in the hot issue.The purpose of this study is to sort out the ideas and design methods of integrated framework development in gold mine integration under complex conditions, and enhance the effectiveness of mineral resources integration work, in order to provide guidance and reference for the design, development and resource integration of other gold mines.
