Research on the evaluation method of environmental carrying capacity of mineral resources:taking Xilin Gol League as an example

The report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that ecological progress is a thousand-year task for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.We must uphold and act on the principle that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, adhere to the basic state policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment, and treat the environment like life.Taking Xilin Gol League as an example, this paper innovatively proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of mineral resources environmental carrying capacity, that is, integrated on the basis of the four evaluation indexes of mineral resources carrying state, environmental evaluation, ecological evaluation and water resources carrying capacity evaluation, and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the evaluation results of each evaluation index of the evaluation unit.The comprehensive evaluation value is between -4, 4.According to the comprehensive assignment, the early warning grade of the evaluation unit is comprehensively evaluated, focusing on the systematic analysis and evaluation of the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the coal and non-ferrous metals mining industry and the environmental carrying capacity of the downstream industries of coal and non-ferrous metals.On the premise that the natural ecological environment is not harmed and a good ecosystem is maintained, to determine the maximum exploitation intensity of coal, non-ferrous metals and other resources that Xilin Gol League and each banner urban area can carry, clarify the warning level, and put forward policy suggestions.
