The surface subsidence of salt mines is relatively complex. In order to effectively prevent the damage of surface subsidence to people’s life and production, higher requirements are put forward for the accuracy and means of monitoring. In this paper, using D-InSAR technology, the Xiangli Salt Mine in Changde City, Hunan Province is selected as the research area to analyze and process Sentinel-1A data from 2020 to 2021, and obtain the regional deformation of the mining area and the monitoring point deformation of the mine, as well as the deformation of the salt mine and its surrounding areas.Combined with land use, hydrogeology, meteorology and other information, the authors analyze the causes of subsidence and summarize the characteristics of each subsidence area of different land types. The research results can effectively monitor the surface subsidence generated in the mining process of the mining area. Its subsidence range is roughly the same as the mining process of the mining area.It is inferred that the role of the mining process plays a leading role in the mine subsidence. Its monitoring results provide strong support for the monitoring and prevention of salt mine disasters.
