    In-situ detection technology and application of gas concentration in extraction borehole

    • Accurate detection of gas extraction parameters which is the key link for intelligent mining in mines is important for guiding extraction negative pressure regulation and ensuring safe extraction in coal mines.Aiming at the problem that the existing gas extraction parameter detection technology can not accurately measure the in-situ gas concentration in the borehole,designs an in-situ gas concentration detection equipment based on the laser detection principle.The calculation formula of gas concentration is derived based on beer-Lambert law.The overall structure design of in-situ detection equipment for gas extraction parameters and the design of gas concentration sensor are completed.Laboratory equipment performance test and field application test are carried out.The experimental results show that the relative error,stability and response time of the equipment meet the industry standards.At the same time,the equipment can effectively realize the detection of gas extraction parameters along the borehole,which provides data support for efficient negative pressure regulation and intelligent mining in coal mines.
