Abstract
Reservoir geological model includes a structural model, reservoir model, fluid distribution model, etc.Among them, the reservoir geological model is the core of oilfield geological modeling research and the necessary foundation of reservoir numerical simulation, which runs through every stage of oil and gas field exploration and development.Capella oilfield has great geological reserves potential, and it is urgent to find out the oil reserves through further reservoir evaluation. The reservoirs in Capella oilfield are the Mirador layer of tertiary, conglomerate layer of cretaceous and pre-Cambrian bedrock.Conglomerate and sandstone reservoirs are dual-media, pore-fracture reservoirs.Common models of fractured reservoirs include double porosity and double permeability, double porosity and single permeability, and triple medium percolation model.According to the characteristics of the target reservoir Conglomerate layer, using the existing core data and imaging logging research results, an accurate dual-porosity and dual-permeability model is established for the Conglomerate Glutenite fracture formation, which can qualitatively predict the fractures. It is an important basis for the effective development of fractured reservoirs, and the model is verified by comparing the permeability in the model with the dynamic permeability of the reservoir explained by well testing.Aiming at the characteristics of Conglomerate reservoirs, this paper adopts the method of fracture-matrix dual-porosity and dual-permeability reservoir modeling and establishes a three-dimensional geological model of dual-porosity and dual-permeability, which accords with the geological characteristics of oil reservoirs in this oilfield. It lays a solid foundation for reservoir characterization and subsequent reservoir numerical simulation.
