Taking 52606 working face of Daliuta Coal Mine as engineering background, the stability of flexible-form concrete wall with different widths is simulated by FLAC3D software.The results show that the increase of the width of Flexible-Form concrete wall plays a very good supporting role in the maintenance of roadway, and can well improve the working environment in the roadway.The smaller the width, the more obvious the damage to the surrounding rock of the roadway, the weaker the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock and the lower the bearing capacity of the roadway.When the width of concrete wall is 1.2 m, the bearing capacity and range will be enlarged, and the square of the tunnel will form an arched stress ring, which is more practical and safe than 1.2 m thick concrete wall in terms of personnel safety, construction time, working space and economic expenses.
